Positions Currently Available:

VP Business Development

We are currently seeking a VP Sales to assume responsibility for all aspects of the sales function for our company. That is, the successful candidate will:

  1. set pricing (and therefore margin),
  2. pursue sales contracts with chain stores,
  3. hire and supervise local/regional sales representatives, including determining their compensation structure,
  4. develop and refine marketing support materials such as brochures, shelf-talkers, etc.
  5. work closely with the President to develop and implement an aggressive growth strategy.

The successful candidate will:

  1. have a strong background in sales, particularly closing sales with chain stores (grocery, hardware, home/garden ideal),
  2. have management/supervisory experience (particularly sales management),
  3. be organized, motivated, intelligent, and entrepreneurial,
  4. understand the dynamics of setting pricing and compensation structures, and the cost/benefit of marketing support materials.

Compensation structure is negotiable, but the focus will be on pay-for-performance.
